1. Product Quality Assurance

• All teapots, cups, and sculptures are individually handcrafted using authentic Yixing ore clay and bear the maker’s seal or corresponding certificate of authenticity.
• Each piece undergoes rigorous inspection before shipment to confirm it is free of cracks, chips, or other defects.

2. Shipping & Logistics

We ship worldwide through leading carriers including DHL, SF International, and UPS.

• International orders are dispatched within 3–7 business days.
• Transit time is approximately 7–15 business days, depending on destination.
  Once your parcel is on its way, we will email or SMS you the tracking details.

3. Returns & Exchanges

• If your item arrives damaged in transit or is significantly mis-shipped, please contact customer service within 48 hours of receipt and provide photographs together with your order details.
• Provided the return/exchange criteria are met, we offer a hassle-free replacement or full refund.
• For returns not related to product defects, the item must be unused and in its original, undamaged packaging; the buyer is responsible for all international return-shipping costs.
